[IMail Forum] "MX connect fail"

Hello,   I am running IMAIL 7.12 on Win2k Server -- in the SMTP logs I see several "MX connect fail" messages followed by an IP address.  I can ping the IPs in question, so I know the hosts are alive, but mails my users send to these domains are returned as undeliverable -- any thoughts/ideas?   Thanks, Dominic
