The "MX connect fail" means that IMail couldn't connect to port 25 (SMTP) on that IP. Often, it is possible to ping IPs that you can not send mail to (and it is also possible to receive no ping response to servers that you can send mail to). So you're essentially comparing apples and oranges. I would suggest going to http://www.DNSreport.com and entering in the E-mail address in the "Mail Test" box. This will give you an idea if there is a problem. Otherwise, if you post the domain here, we can check it out more thoroughly. -Scott --- Declude: Anti-virus, Anti-spam and Anti-hijacking solutions for IMail. http://www.declude.com --- [This E-mail was scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
