We've been using DirectNic for several years, not the cheapest, but pretty
good service and very little problems.

itsyourdomain.com isn't too bad, and you can have invisible co-branding, so
that it looks like customers are buying from you, and they can control their
domains through your website.  Again, not the cheapest but it does automate
the process.
