I am running Imail V7.00 - Works great with Outlook and Outlook Express clients. I have a user with a Microsoft Pocket PC Phone Edition - Offered by TMobile....
My Issue: User can send email using the device through Imail, but cannot receive email. When hit "send/receive" icon, it connects to the server, says its receiving 1 of 2, but then never retrieves them - nothing appears... I have tried setting up the phone with both domain name and IP address for the mail server - still does not retreive mail. I had the Tmobile test with their mail server and works fine so I think it may be an Imail issue? Anyone experienced this or have suggestions. Much appeciated ... Hillel.
