David,

I'm sure you could find information on registry size
and how to set it either in the manual, on a list, in
a knowledge base, or the like, or one of us who
actually use these settings on a frequent basis could
take 5 minutes to give you the answer and save you the
time.

I'll go with the latter and I hope I don't offend Len
too much by actually making knowledge too freely
available to others.

In Win 2000 you set the registry size through the
following steps:

Start, Settings, Control Panel, System, Performance
Options, In the Virtual Memory area - Change.  

At the bottom, in the Registry Size area you can
review the current registry size and set the max size.

I included all the steps not because I assume you
don't know how to get to the Performance Options area,
but because there are probably others out there with
the same question who may not be as familiar as others
who have had more experience.
