>>seemed less prone to user mistakes Actually, I think for us the problem with our current MS-DNS servers is that the GUI makes it TOO easy to just pop in and make a few changes to "try and get something working". This is exactly what the current DNS admin (if you can call it that) does, and why it is such a kludge now. Even my boss (the company president, with delusions of tech grandeur) thinks he can go in and make changes without messing anything up! I am thinking that if I use BIND, the text configuration may scare them away. <bg>
