IIS and Imail CAN run on the same box, but they CANNOT run on the same
TCP
port.

I do agree that seperating them onto seperate boxes is a good thing,
but:
1) some don't have the resources to add another box
2) it can make things harder if the reason you're running .asp is to
manipulate files ON the imail server (i.e. like to manipulate declude
config
files, etc.)
