Just a quick note here, I have been running IIS and Imail on the same server
for years...  No issues here at all.

However, we do not offer any FREE Email services or anything, so our email
server is not getting pounded on like some others are.

Run it on another box.  According to the I-Mal tech I spoke with when I
set up ours IIS should not run on the same box.
