I have Imail 7.12 installed using the HKSI Classic WebMail templates (since Ipswitch bought them, I guess it's okay to post about this here) and am getting a similar problem as described in http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20010913-DM01.htm ("A user reported a problem attaching a file to a message via the Web Messaging Compose Page. After selecting a file and clicking on the ">>Attach>>" button the Compose page refreshed and still no files appeared in the attachment list." I've had a few users with this problem, but not every user)
However, that article says the problem is particular to versions prior to 7.05 or that it is related to .tmp files in the user's directory. Neither is the case here. I've searched the list archives (both this and HKSI) and can't find anything that helps. Any suggestions on a direction to go? Is this an Ipswitch support issue that I should call about?
