We upgraded to 7.13 3 days ago and the server issues seemed to be
solved, alas, that was not to be. Today it did the same thing, stopped
responding. The machine isn't locked up, as you can still open/close
programs, and do as you will, but under Task Manager, it's Pop3d32.exe
running with highest memory usage. Logs are no help, they show nothing out
of the ordinary....
What exactly do you mean that they are showing nothing out of the ordinary?

Have you checked the last POP3D entries in the log file at the time this last started happening? Did you compare them to the last POP3D entries from the previous time this happened? If it is always a specific user, well, you've got a starting point.
