I think there must be a misunderstanding. Code Red is not going to hurt IMAIL's web server. But of course the requests are going to create a DOS attack. The only way I know to stop such a DOS is at a firewall. This really has very little to do with IMAIL as far as I can tell. Perhaps I misunderstand your issue but if it is a dos attack that concerns you then you must stop it upstream from your imail server.
