No, it's one-way--I hoped Greg would know that. :) I've only used this when the MX is IMail, with relatively few local accounts, and there's an Exchange box deeper down. On Exchange, you still have to create aliases. It's not the prettiest thing, and really only for unfortunate (i.e. inherited) situations.
