Have you opened one of these log files? Sounds like there might be just one
thing pointing to this file type (sysmmdd) as its to log. . Need to know
what's in it to tell ya where to look.

OK
1 of the files shows errors of sending invalid commands to the mailing list.
1 shows the mailing list activity
1 shows [ 10:01 02:25 SMTP-(00000007F) processing E:\IMAIL\spool\Q3fe413c.SMD
10:01 02:25 SMTP-(00000007F) Trying Charter.net (0) ]

This is the 3 files that I have.. Hope this is what you are wanting.
I basically know about what it is now, from what you said
"""""""Sounds like there might be just one thing pointing to this file type""""""
So the 1st file lets me know when there is an invalid call to a Mailing list.
The 2nd one lets me know the valid calls to the mailing list.
And the 3rd one??? That one I do not know about.

Thank you

Hello All;

Could someone plese tell me if the sys.txt files in the [Log Server]
are suppose to generate every day?
The only files that I have are:
sys1001.txt | sys1010.txt | sys1011.txt
I do not have any other of these files?? Am I suppose to have a sys.txt
file for each day??
The log.txt files, I have all of theirs. I have the "W .log " files As
well..
Just not all of the "sys.txt" files???

Any information is always gratefully appreciated
