Daniel, It is suppose to be hard coded in Imail... That is why they don't license per exact user numbers... But per user block ( 25,250,1000,Unlimited) Originaly Imail was only sold as Unlimited. (version 4 ans less) I'm sure that you won't be able to create the 251st user. So you won't do anything illegal since you can't bust it. If you need more that 250 user you will have to purchase ths 1000 users crossgrade, install it over the 250 and that's it; all config, domain and users are still there.
