Hi all. Just wanted to check if there is anything special about how the forwarded mail
is treated (I actually wish that there was no such feature because it creates mail
loops)

I have a bunch of Imail servers that relay outgoing mail via a dedicated SMTP gateway.
Customers are complaining that whenever they forward mail, it gets significantly
delayed, compared to when they just send regular e-mail to the same remote address.

I don't see how it is possible. Whenever I test this scenario, forwarding works fine
for me. Granted, some of them forward to their Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. addresses, and
those queues are pretty large because everyone sends too much stuff there anyway.
