[IMail Forum] list problem - mail not getting there

I have a list of about 2200 names that has quit working. When I send an e-mail to the list it may make it to a few recipients but never all. This problem has just started recently. I check the mail queue immediately after sending to the list but there's no entry. I checked the log file and there is an entry there (see below) but nothing that seems to help. I created a new list, copied the users.lst file over and it worked for a couple of days but it's now suffering from the same symptoms. The spooled file goes away too quickly to look at. I've contacted the Ipswitch folks but they had no idea. I've even removed and done a complete reinstall of IMail (7.13 + hotfix) but the problem persists.

Any suggestions?
