How many recipients do you have it sending to per Q file? If it's only
creating  one  Q  and D file for 2200 names, but you think you have it
set  to break down the list further than that (and I bet you do), that
sounds  like  the  list  settings  may be corrupt in the Registry (and
perhaps were left there even after your reinstallation).

Another  thing  to  look at is the last name that is successfully sent
to,  in  alphabetical order, and compare this to your SMTP logs. Could
be  a  bug  that  finds  something inflammatory about the MX record of
*next* name in the list and causes an abort of the entire send.

In general, you need to look at your *outgoing* logs for this, not the
*incoming* logs that you posted.
