Okay. It was a .5 k rar file with a batch file to help correct
Ipswitch's bug with ODBC (not an executable). Apologies for any
inconvenience this caused.
The Ipswitch support was unable to shed any light on the issue in this
case and many people are having POP3 issues when using SQL backends. If
Ipswitch released support (as they should have properly done to begin
with) on their knowledge base about known bugs like this, I would not
have had to resort to sending a batch file to correct the issue.
Generally file attachments under 1k are acceptable with most lists.
There is not 1 article about MDAC issues on imail server on the
knowledge base. That needs to be corrected.
