fwiw imo, batch files are executed via the command process and therefore
they can easily be used to cause malicious intents.  Most email admins
probably prohibit the sending/recieving of batch files *.cmd for the
computer security/safety of their clients. You could probably post the
contenets of the batch file *.cmd in raw ascii format to share with all..
should be ok?
