we see this happen for those acct's who keep copies of messages on
server whenever we conduct any old message purging/maintenance on
the server ;  this apparently causes the archive attribute to be
reset on all previuosly read messages thereby the POP3 program
thinks the message(s) needs to be re-DL'd
