Hi all, My new installation of KillerWebMail templates is exhibiting regular problems in IE, but not Netscape. With each screen refresh, icons randomly fail to load. However, if I waive my mouse over the "bad image" placeholder, the image appears.
Also, the lefthand and bottom frames occassionally produce an IE error, "The page cannot be displayed." I have followed the recommendations of Knowledgebase article KW-20021001-DM01 by replacing "KWMImages/" in file config_ImagesPathRegular.cgi with the full path to my webmail server, "http://webmail.mydomain.com/KWMImages/"; (IMail webmail service is on port 80), but this has had no effect on the disappearing icons. Again, these failures occur only on IE -- not Netscape. Any ideas? Thank you so much!
