we had the same problem here and posted the question; wound up being a bad address in the list that was autoreplying to the list and this was triggering the additional posts...
look at the headers of the 1st received message, and compare that to the headers of the additionally received messages and see if a particular user's address is not specified in there.... ------------ Randy Armbrecht Global Web Solutions�, Inc.
