Hi Travis

Yes, I have seen this as well.  If you go to mozilla.org and clock on the
bugzilla links, it will take you to a section where they list this as a
problem.  It is very prevalent in Mozilla 1.1 and a little less prevalent in
Netscape 6 and 7.  In all of the troubleshooting I have done, I have no
luck.  I would also like to hear if anyone else has gotten any fixes for
this.

There is nothing in Bugzilla specifically addressing this. I've entered a new bug 180001:
