In those cases, you might want to consider marking the E-mail in a way so that it is delivered, but easy to filter on.Declude will do you a nice job depending on how you set it up. Setup is a breeze. You may however want to discuss filtering with each customer beforehand. I host 150 or so domains and of those about 80 percent are commercial. Not one of the commercial domains wants any spam filtering. They are all afraid of missing an order or important contact. I warn them ahead of time that I can't garauntee that an important email won't be returned or worse deleted and that usually ends the filter conversation.
For example, we have to receive all E-mail to valid addresses @declude.com -- we can't afford to delete of them. However, we normally filter E-mail with a weight of 10 or higher to a separate folder, and use the ATTACH action for E-mail with a weight of 20 or higher (which makes it much easier to look through the spam).
