They are not rules; these are tests that Declude JunkMail performs.I know that they are rules, and I've found info on the NOABUSE and the DSN.But I still can't find what the Base64 is checking. Does anyone know?
http://www.declude.com/junkmail/support/ip4r.htm has the list of all known spam databases. The BASE64 test is a new beta feature, and therefore not yet documented (the archives of the Declude JunkMail mailing list at http://www.mail-archive.com have further details).
