Hi all, I have a problem a little difficult. We have Imail 7.13. I have configurated a html page like back template in the outlook (2000 and express) using its wizard. If I send an email, check for email and see it through the outlook I can see all OK, but if I try to see it throgh the Imail web service I can not see it right, only I see two black lines no more. Where is the rest? If I send an email from eudora without back template and I paste a html page in the body, then I can see right it throgh the Imail web service. So, the problem is only when I send a outlook back template. May be outlook back template has a special html code? I tried even a default outlook back template via its wizard. But nothing.
Does any one know any solution? Has any one teh same problem? Has any one outlook back templates runing properly through Imal web service? How? Thank you for all your help and time.
