Hi, Rick: Yes, plenty of disk space, win2K server, SP2, and logged on as Administrator.
Tom : Tom, : : I guess I've came in late to your post but from what I'm seeing here is that : you've ensured that you actually have enough space left for the patch but : IMail's installer is reporting it incorrectly? What version of windows are : you running? I do recall that early on with w2k there was some issues with : disk quotas while logged on as a user and not the Administrator. : : ~Rick : : : > : > : > IMail 7.10 installed on D drive. : > : > We are currently running IMail 7.10, and trying to apply the 7.13 patch. : > : > When doing so, we get the error: "Insufficient Disk Space to apply patch. : > You need at least 2056192 bytes free on Drive". : > : > When we contacted Ipswitch support, I was advised to delete the : > iwebmsg.ini : > and iwebcal.ini from the C\WINNT file.
