IMail 7.10 installed on D drive. We are currently running IMail 7.10, and trying to apply the 7.13 patch.
When doing so, we get the error: "Insufficient Disk Space to apply patch. You need at least 2056192 bytes free on Drive". When we contacted Ipswitch support, I was advised to delete the iwebmsg.ini and iwebcal.ini from the C\WINNT file. I did so, and received the same error. Those files, incidentally, also appear in the D: Imail root file. We previously ran into the same problem when upgrading from 7.05 to 7.07, and were told to create the temp folder on D instead of C, which we did, and it did not help. IMail finally gave us a full copy of 7.07, which installed without problem. I sure would appreciate some thoughts on this.
