My first guess was an SMTP reply code but 447 isn't defined other than 4yz being a "Transient Negative Completion reply". RFC 822 is the "STANDARD FOR THE FORMAT OF ARPA INTERNET TEXT MESSAGES" so perhaps its complaining about something in the headers.
