and in reference to an earlier message from me to you

would suggest that you replace the line that reads:
DEL X:\IMail\Spool\*.tmp /F /Q
with:
DEL X:\IMail\Spool\*.tmp /F /Q /S
in your scheduled .CMD file. This will take care of removing .TMP files from
the ..\Spool\Web directory -- and any other directory below ..\Spool.
