When users that dial into the uunet/qwest/aleron numbers try to send email they just hang there and then get socket errors.

THey are setup as [EMAIL PROTECTED]
and have smtp auth checked.

I have tried all different settings and nothing seems to work.
They can receive but not send.
It sounds like those are "Partial ISPs" or "Censoring ISPs" (as opposed to ISPs that offer full Internet access), and block access to outgoing E-mail except through their mailservers.
