Hello,
Yes. I have tried with no smpt checked. Tried inputting the [EMAIL PROTECTED] 
password. Tried use incoming mailserver setttings.
Tried with no settings checked. 
Web mail is fine. outlook does not work.

Tried everything I can think of.
