What in particular should I be looking for...status 3 or so? I am not
sure what to look for...

They aren't rejecting your mail.

If they reject your mail, only one attempt will be made (unless
Microsoft 
made a big mistake).  If it is being rejected after 20 tries, either
there 
is a DNS problem, or their servers aren't reachable (which is very
common 
with Hotmail and other similar free services).

If you check your log files, it should provide some more details.
