Just a thought . . .
If my customer uses a private network with address translation (NAT) whereby only 1 public address is used for the entire private network, does it mean I can safely use the IMail SMTP security opton "Relay for" this public address ? The reason I'm suggesting this is that this customer's users use Outlook 97 which has problem supporting IMail's "SMTP AUTH" requirement. Furthermore, they also has other office applications that weren't able to support "SMTP AUTH". http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20000927-DM01.htm Any comments ?
