Everyone keeps emphasizing the speed differences between a database setting vs. a
registry based one.

I'm just curious about the specific speed improvements.

Meaning, if the bulk of my users are web-based email clients, will I still see a
significant speed increase if I convert them from ODBC to the registry?

Or will the web-based variables (browser limitations, etc) overcome any speed
advantages that I gain from the registry?

I guess that I'm just curious as to the specific gains one gets from the registry vs.
the flexibility of ODBC?

Thanks.
