Thanks for the info...I know that AOL, MSN, Hotmail , etc all check the
reverse. Even smaller companies do as well. I think I would kill about 40%
or more of my spam if I could reverse it.

No, it can not.

While our Declude JunkMail product can be set up to bounce E-mail from
servers without a PTR record, we do not recommend it, since a large
percentage of legitimate mailservers don't have a PTR record (many think
they do; those that don't often don't seem to care; I've even heard of a
government mailserver that doesn't have PTR record as a "security
measure"!).

In our experience, the lack of a PTR record does work well towards a
weighting system, as mailservers without a PTR record are much more likely
to send spam than those that do.
