RUN, don't walk, to your server and turn off RFP on the Imail directory.

You need to search the archives and KB and learn about how to not install AV
on the Imail server.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Norton anti virus and SMD spool files

We installed Norton Anti-Virus corporate edition and it is catching SMD
files infected with viruses. Do the SMD files contain multiple e-mails for
several users or just one e-mail for one user. I'm concerned that a batch
of e-mails is being quarantined and along with the virus some legitimate
email is being lost.
