Hi, Ok it seems I am missing the difference in Knowlege base and archives. If I read this mail correctly then archives means just the archive of this forum. The first person mentioned the faq and I was not able to find a faq at the Ipswitch site, just the KB.
About reading this area..... Sometimes it's over a 100 messages a day so I am not reading everything, just scimming to see if there is anything I need to know about.
