There is some confusion with respect to members mentioning the FAQ. If you
look at the trailer text that is appended to [most] postings, it states:

     Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/

However, people often mention "FAQ; search the archives" and this means:

     List Archive:
http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/

And I agree that the search engine at http://www.mail-archive.com/ is rather
rudimentary...
