Contact Ipswitch support, and tell them to fix the "Refuse NULL <> Senders" option so that you can't accidentally turn it on (or, ask them to change it to "Refuse bounce messages and list my server in spam databases").How do I get read receipts to work with Imail? When we switched to Imail we stopped receiving "Read Receipts". Is there a setting that I may have inadvertently checked that stops them?I've been through the documentation, and the Kb but can't find anything on this.
If you UNcheck that option, it will fix the problem -- then go to http://www.rfc-ignorant.org to make sure that you are not listed in there. See http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20020410-DM02.htm for a brief description.
