Scott, 
thats what I was afraid of. I had originally checked the "NUL <> Sender?"
as a measure to prevent spam.
But I'm only also only relaying mail for IP ranges and authenticated users.
So I doubt I'll end up on orbs or anything lists like that, again.

Contact Ipswitch support, and tell them to fix the "Refuse NULL <> Senders" 
option so that you can't accidentally turn it on (or, ask them to change it 
to "Refuse bounce messages and list my server in spam databases").

If you UNcheck that option, it will fix the problem -- then go to 
http://www.rfc-ignorant.org to make sure that you are not listed in
