In other words, "Is there any way to let our customers whose ISPs don't allow them to connect to us connect to us?".Does anyone have any recommendations on a solution to allow many users connecting in various ways to be able to use Outlook?
The two most common ways around this are to use SMTP on a port other than port 25, or to use web messaging. But, if your customers don't like web messaging and won't get a real ISP, they will likely have to deal with SMTP on a port other than the standard port 25.
