Is there a specific reason that directing them to use their ISP's SMTP
servers is objectionable? Provided that they allow the MAIL FROM: to
be at another domain, this is considered by some to be a godsend, not
a hurdle. I personally don't like it, since I want our clients to be
able to send mail directly to local users unhampered by other servers'
latency, but you have to figure out the situation for yourself.

Otherwise, obviously, you will have to run something on another port,
as Scott said. MS SMTP will do if it's already running on the box,
though you have to make sure its relay permissions are appropriate,
per usual.
