Sorry for the panic, but you can only imagine the flood of calls from angry users. KILLER WEBMAIL WAS NOT AT ALL AT FAULT!! That's what I was telling everyone - it's not possible, the KMW doesn't touch main.mbx. While I was changing folder names (web to webold and so forth) I actually had a "fat finger" attack. I apparently dragged the folder prudentialrand.com to a subfolder and IMAIL recreated the folder and the users so it all looked normal. This is a strong case for NOT working on your IMAIL server at 2AM...

That's simply not possible. The KWM web templates just replace your existing web templates, in imail/web by default. They don't touch your user directory, message, or address book files. I would suspect a domain configuration problem, perhaps with the web messaging top directory.
