yep, if some ip you trust is relay-raped, then you're rapeable, too.the are possible going though one of our users systems so that when it communicates with our server it lets the mail go since it is an Ip that is allowed??
I had this happen to an IMGate user. Upgrading his machine over many hours and into the wee hours, he forgot the Imail SMTP settings after the fresh install. His machine was raped in a 3 hour window, all of which was forwarded outbound to IMGate, which of course trusted the Imail box. I had to clean up 110K msgs from IMgate.
