Not sure if I understand--a subscriber to a list does not have the ability to relay to anyone but other list subscribers. On the other hand, any non-confirmation list server (like IMAILSRV) can readily be used to subscribe remote addresses to a list without the remote recipients' consent, and thus provide a more robust hijacking method. Declude Hijack would be a potential treatment for such abuse, but other anti-spam measures would probably prove insufficient, as intelligent spammers will not use already suspect systems to initiate new blasts. The best treatment is double-opt-in only, as you get with Declude Confirm or any other list manager. I agree fully that anyone supporting spammers should be punished, including ISPs who choose to look the other way instead of realizing that the ethical rules of providing bandwidth have changed. While meeting SLAs is still paramount, AUPs are increasingly important, even if the latter may mean lost business. -Sandy To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
