Can anyone tell me what is the main different from the SMTP and SMTPD
entry in the log file. I noticed one of my log file full of SMTPD
entries with the spmmer IP

01:16 00:00 SMTPD(28DF00CA) [210.21.10.158] RCPT TO:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
01:16 00:00 SMTP-(0000075C) 250 [SMTPD]: OK
01:16 00:00 SMTP-(0000075C) 221 [SMTPD]: Closing connection
01:16 00:00 SMTPD(1B1B0134) [210.21.10.158] D:\IMAIL\spool\D8586134.SMD

01:16 00:00 SMTPD(1B1B0134) [210.21.10.158] MAIL FROM:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
01:16 00:00 SMTPD(28DF00CA) [210.21.10.158] D:\IMAIL\spool\D85880ca.SMD

01:16 00:00 SMTPD(1B1B0134) [210.21.10.158] RCPT

on it but my other log file only contain SMTP entries without showing
the spmmer IP address. I had to open the .Gsm file in the spool
directory to locate the IP address. Is there something wrong with my
server????

Nope. Sending from a host @subdomain.example.com to an address
@example.com: no evidence of an open relay one way or the other.

Don't take this so seriously! True, you may want to just lurk on this
thread from now on, but don't abandon hope of helping others.
