I use Evans Martin's IMU32 ( http://iplus.martek.net/freestuff.html ). Have it in a batch file called by AT scheduler each night, which then copies the user txt and lst files to proper list directory.
(Don't think the program has been updated in a while, but it works fine with my 7.13).
