Everyone says Declude, however, I think it depends on your budget and your expertise in networking (*nix). The best route imo is to use SMTP gateways running postfix and do the AV scanning at that level. This requires knowledge of both *nix and postfix though. In addition, pricing going that route depends how much your willing to spend.
