Hello.

I am new to the forum, but I would just about lay money on it being
hardware.  It seems to happen a bit too randomly for me to suspect
software.

If it were me, I would swap out the RAM in the server.  Its quick,
cheap, and easy, and I have seen many instances where a bad stick of ram
can cause no end of headaches.  I hate to just make guesses with
something as critical as a server, but if you can't pull it offline and
replace it with another to diagnose the problem, I'll always start with
the easiest and most likely.
